WHAT TO SEND
- Send a copy of your file saved from any program listed.
- Send all supporting files necessary for output such as fonts and place graphics.
- Fax or mail a composite print of the artwork to insure the correct artwork was received.

WHAT IS CAMERA-READY ART?
PMTs, stats, veloxes. High quality black and white art. The art must have a composite print of all colors on one page, plus each color printed on a separate page with registration marks.
WHAT IS NOT CAMERA-READY ART?
Faxes, laser prints, inkjet prints, newspaper clippings, handwritten notes, business cards, and art not color separated. Additional art charges will apply to prepare these items for printing.
FILM NEGATIVES OR POSITIVES.
We no longer accept film due to our advanced printing technology.
HOW TO SEND ART
ELECTRONIC TRANSFER (EMAIL)

Put the purchase order number in the subject line. Compress files before sending to speed up the transfer. The factory can expand many formats including those created by DiskDoubler® and Stuffit® for Macintosh and Zip for PCs.
DISK - Send files on any media shown below encircled in green.
Include all font files. For Postscript fonts there are two files, a suitcase file and a printer file. Type that is converted to outlines or curves in programs that provide this function do not need font files.
Include all linked graphic files. Many programs do not embed a graphic such as a TIFF. It is only linked. Therefore it must be included on the disk or email.
It is not necessary to trap your files. All trapping will be done electronically at the factory to our printing specifications. Be sure to check for unintended overprinting items because these will not be trapped.
No additional charge. Customer must provide exact copy and location on the purchase order.
The factory will size your art unless otherwise specified. An addition art charge may apply for extending complicated bleeds. If you are unsure about the button/bleed dimensions please contact customer service for a template.
Please specify whether a circle is for position only or if it actually prints on the button face. Circles near the edge of round button do not always appear concentric after capping. This applies to square and rectangle buttons as well.
ASSEMBLY OR CAPPING OF SUPPLIED GRAPHICS
We at Express-A-Button are pleased to be able to offer the option of assembling customer furnished graphics into our high quality button. Please contact our customer service representative to obtain layout specification and pricing information.

Rush Service Available
Factory ships 5 days from receipt of purchase order, composite and camera-artwork.
For production time shorter than standard, contact factory for availability. A rush charge will apply.
We accept NO PHONE ORDERS.
Normal shipping method is UPS Ground and requires a full street address for delivery. Other shipping methods are available upon request. C.O.D. shipments carry $16.00 (A) service charge.
A single order with multiple drop destination will incur a $7.00 (A) drop ship charge per address.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Same as 100 pieces.
Flat magnets either square or custom shaped are measured by multiplying the maximum width by the maximum length to get the total square inches, pricing and shipping weight.
The factory invoice at catalog prices unless a written quote is given on the order.
CANCELATION OR CHANGES
All order, once entered, are subject to a cancelation or modify charge $60.00 (A). The actual charge is based on the status of the order in the production process when the cancelation or changes occur.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
Every effort is made to ship exact quantities ordered. However, all orders are subject to 5% overrun and underrun and will be considered complete.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization. All return requests must be within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Copy change for buttons:
$16.00 (A) Partial; $28.00 (A) Complete.
Color change for buttons: $30.00 (A).
Art preparation time is $90.00 (A) per hour, 1 hour minimum.
Fax or Email Proof: $20.00 (a).
Email proofs can be sent as JPG, GIF or PDF files.
Please specify a preference.
A Union Label is only available on buttons, magnets, memo boards, keytags, bookmarks and fans.

All logos or copies received for use in producing products must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, or related laws or acts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be sent to Express-A-Button within 30 days. No MRA required for authorization; however, please call customer service for authorization.
Net 30 days upon credit approval or prepayment with order.
